ResultSpace Project Kick-off
Description	Getting a project team setup for success is critical. The ResultSpace Project Kick-off combines training with hands-on support, designed to ensure your team is ready to execute an Agile project using ResultSpace.
Services Provided	Deliver Agile and ResultSpace training courses for identified team members (will be tailored based on team’s skill set) Setup and configure ResultSpace based on the needs of the project team Help the team create the product backlog (which could include facilitation of requirements’ mapping to stories) Support the estimation of the project and help the team create their release and iteration plans within ResultSpace Coach the team on using ResultSpace to manage the project after setup is complete
Duration	5 days on average, may vary depending on the specific services requested

Agile Readiness Assessment
Description	Conduct an assessment of the organization’s current state with regard to methodologies and lifecycle management, through facilitated sessions that may include interviews, working sessions and workshops.
Services Provided	Identify pain points and challenges for the organization and make corrective recommendations Create a comprehensive assessment of the relevant strengths and weaknesses of the organization based on the above information and additional observations and metrics, and with consideration to industry best practices Create an action plan for consideration, to address any identified challenges

Agile Adoption Workshop
Description	For enterprises that have made the commitment to move to Agile or are actively considering it, this workshop is the place to start. Utilizing Sapient’s Fusion workshop process, we will: Facilitate your organization through discovering the issues, drivers and constraints associated with adopting Agile Work to achieve stakeholder alignment around a shared vision and measurable business results Create a concrete and actionable plan for transforming your organization into using Agile methods
Services Provided	Workshop preparation with client sponsor and key stakeholders - preparation typically includes interviews, research and conducting an Agile Readiness Assessment Workshop execution - the Fusion workshop itself is high intensity, strongly facilitated and incredibly productive, consisting of a number of main-room and breakout sessions. Workshop wrap-up activities document the vision, plan, issues, next steps and all assets created during the workshop - you will exit the workshop with stakeholders aligned and an actionable plan in-hand
