You never know when inspiration will strike, so we’ve designed ResultSpace to support collaboration everywhere throughout the ALM environment. All project artifacts such as stories, tasks, tests, defects and issues are backed by wikis, ensuring that ideas can be captured flexibly, and in context. Further, ResultSpace’s wiki engine utilizes an intelligent and easy-to-use syntax that enables you to link project artifacts to one another and to assets such as graphics or code inline without losing your train of thought. Whether you prefer straight wiki syntax or a WYSIWYG editor, the ResultSpace wiki provides a convenient environment to organize project plans and artifacts.
One of the powerful uses of the project wiki is for building a project dashboard. Instead of coming up with a generic project dashboard, ResultSpace allows you to create a fully customized dashboard within the project’s wiki. Custom wiki syntax allows you to incorporate key charts (burn up, burn down, defects, test status) and tables of project metrics. Each of these syntax extensions is configurable so that you can build the perfect real-time dashboard for your project. Showing the iteration burndown chart, listing the top project issues, and enumerating the defects that have been open for more than five days are just a few examples of what can be done using the project wiki.
